Snickers Own Goal - HELO - Mars set out to create a digital platform like never before, that empowered sports fans to interact with an AI-powered José Mourinho resulting in a next generation personalised customer experience. Snickers wanted to leverage AI in a way that felt humorous, genuine and deeply personal, whilst aligning with its well-established “own goals” theme. 
To achieve this, we developed a platform that seamlessly blended cutting-edge AI with José’s signature style of dry wit and sharp analogies. Fans could input details of their friends’ blunders and, in return, receive a 100% unique, José-styled video, as if he’d recorded it just for them. PNG
